Responsibilities
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering the clubhouse.
- Covers reservations for tee times, dining, and Omni Hotels & Resort stays for Club 1916 members.
- Builds relationships with members and guests, ensuring extraordinary experiences.
- Facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
- Maintains effective positive communication with Employee Partners.
- Assists in and be accountable for the timely completion of any projects as requested.
- Attends all relevant meetings.
- Promotes and encourages member name recognition at all times.
- Maintains knowledge to appropriately educate members of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
- Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
- Aids in the administration of company policies and procedures.
- Assists the Membership team and club management in preparation and execution of planned member events.
Qualifications
- Minimum one-year administrative experience is required.
- Experience in a club, membership-based environment or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficient in computers, Excel, Word, highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to sit and utilize telephone/computer for an extended period.
- The ability to walk and stand on feet for an extended period.
- Working Environment: Clubhouse environment with frequent travel around property.
- Tools & Equipment: Computer, copy, print, scan files; Microsoft Office, Resort Suite, ClubEssential, Birchstreet.
