Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of turf-care duties to maintain greens, fairways, tees, and sand bunkers to established course standards.
  • Mow greens with power walk mowers.
  • Irrigate by hose.
  • Fertilize.
  • Weed.
  • Clear debris.
  • Repair ball marks.
  • Change hole locations.
  • Aid in resurfacing by spreading soil.
  • Support fairway maintenance by mowing and trimming grass and shrubs using hand tools.
  • Maintain tees by filling divots and removing debris.
  • Preserve bunkers by removing debris and weeds, maintaining consistent sand depth, raking surfaces, and edging and mowing surrounding areas.
  • Prepare the golf course for daily play by placing tee markers, cutting cups with precision, and clearing cart paths.
  • Mow, weed-eat, trim, and edge other designated course areas using power equipment or hand tools as directed.
  • Operate utility carts safely and conduct daily equipment checks, promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to leadership.

Requirements

Work authorization required.

Qualifications

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.

Skills

Hawaii Driver’s Abstract is required for this role.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions.
