Golf Course Maintenance Worker, Blackwolf Run

Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Kohler, WI

Specific Responsibilities

• Maintaining putting and tee surfaces – hand mowing, ball‑mark repair, topdressing, rotating placement markers, aerification
• Maintaining fairway surfaces – divots and general area clean‑up, hand‑trimming drain tiles, yardage plates and sprinkler heads
• Maintaining manicured roughs, bunker areas, & cart paths – string trimming, fly mowing, hand sweeping/blowing
• General maintenance & labor – shoveling, raking, sweeping, painting, equipment cleaning
• Power equipment requirements – hand‑mowers, reel and rotary types, walking top dressers and aerifiers, string‑trimmer, bunker rake (sand pro), hand and walking blowers, light and medium‑duty utility vehicles

Skills/Requirements

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical strength and stamina to perform duties such as bending, stooping, kneeling, walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and use hand and power tools as necessary
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Schedule

This is a seasonal part‑time position. Shifts are primarily 5:00 am – 1:00 pm, weekdays & weekends.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 – $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by factors such as education and work location.
