Pay
$15.00 - $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Maintain golf course turf, bunkers, greens, and landscaping to high playability standards
- Operate and maintain mowers, tractors, and course equipment
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor course conditions, identify issues, and recommend solutions
- Assist in irrigation management, repairs, and seasonal adjustments
- Support daily course setup and project-based improvements
- Work closely with leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment
- Follow all safety procedures while reporting hazards and supporting a safety-first culture
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management
- High School Diploma required; 2-year Agronomy Degree preferred
- Advanced understanding of turf care, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance
- State pesticide application certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain—required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, respect, and quality service
Environment
- Hands-on, active, and outdoors role
- Regular walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and equipment operation
- Frequent work in heat, cold, rain, and varying outdoor conditions
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to biological materials
- Evening and weekend shifts, especially during peak seasons
