Golf Course Grounds Crew

Responsibilities

• Bunker raking
• Weedeating
• Greens rolling
• Assist with seasonal tasks including raking leaves, cleaning up debris, and preparing greens for play
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the grounds superintendent and team members to ensure course standards are met
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the job

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and operate landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Pay

Approximately $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time/seasonal position. Available to work early mornings (a.m. Shift 5:00 am - 11:00 am) or (p.m. Shift 10:00 am - 4:00 pm). Must be able to work weekends. Approximately 30 hours per week.
