Golf Course Equipment Operator

We are looking for Golf Course Equipment Operators to join the RP family. Responsibilities

• Assists in the care and maintenance of the turf, ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees on the facility grounds.
• Operates smaller equipment and hand tools as directed by a supervisor.
• Works efficiently to get the course ready before membership play with tournament-ready conditions on a daily basis according to golf course play standards.
• Arrives to work on time with all tools/equipment ready to begin the job.
• Contributes to attention to detail, including picking up trash and weeds throughout the facility.
• Returns equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility clean, greased, and fueled.
• Safely operates all equipment and reports any malfunctions to the Equipment Manager or Supervisor.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.
• Performs other duties as directed by a supervisor.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior golf and country club experience preferred.

Pay

This is a year-round, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime. Hourly pay is competitive and varies depending on the candidate's knowledge and skills.
