About the role
The Urbana Country Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their golf department. Duties include member reception, maintaining a tidy bag storage area, driving range operations, and ensuring all 36 carts are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Maintain neat and clean bag storage area
- Keep driving range operations running smoothly
- Ensure all 36 carts are detailed and clean
- Member reception duties
Requirements
- Outside position requiring working in the elements
- Driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Two shifts available: 7am-2pm & 2pm-dark
- Expected to work on weekends and holidays
- Applicant must pass a drug and background check
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $15 per hour plus tips
- Tips are split evenly during each shift
- Limited availability for golf access
- Approximately 20-30 hours of work per week
