About the Role

Bluejack Ranch is a private residential club dedicated to creating exceptional lifestyle experiences for members, guests, and their families. We are expanding our team with an Assistant in Training / Player Services role within Golf Operations. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our golf operation and contributing to a remarkable experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services, including:
    • Practice area
    • 1st tee operation
    • Golf course operation
    • Comfort stations
    • The Ringer
    • Caddie program
    • Golf car fleet management
    • Outside staffing operation
    • Valet services
  • Work collaboratively with the team and assist in other roles or tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • PGA Associate
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to perform at a high level of service
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
  • High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions (e.g., excessive heat, rain, wind, frost)
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional evening functions

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach throughout the shift
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Role is primarily performed outdoors in all weather conditions

This is a full-time position, with a schedule that is flexible based on business needs and may include weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
