Goldenvoice Event Staff Job Fair- July 26th!

About the role

The event staff job fair is hosted by Goldenvoice Venues at The Fonda Theatre, El Rey Theatre, and The Roxy Theatre. Positions available include Guest Services, Security, Porters, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, Video Technician, and Stagehands.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Provide direct services to guests, monitor guest conduct, enforce policies, and assist with customer service requests.
• Security: Maintain safety of guests and employees, control incidents, and assist with customer service requests.
• Porters: Perform post-event cleaning, maintenance, and restocking of venue areas.
• Audio Technician: Set up, operate, and maintain venue lighting and sound systems.
• Lights Technician: Set up, operate, and maintain venue lighting systems.
• Video Technician: Set up, operate, and maintain venue sound and A/V systems.
• Stagehands: Assemble and disassemble production equipment, assist with scenery build, and ensure proper operation of systems.

Qualifications

• Guest Services: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, strong customer service skills.
• Security: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, security officer license.
• Porters: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, reliable and punctual.
• Audio Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of related work experience, working knowledge of stand tools and equipment.
• Lights Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of related work experience, working knowledge of stand tools and equipment.
• Video Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of related work experience, working knowledge of stand tools and equipment.
• Stagehands: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, forklift and heavy machinery certified.
