Responsibilities
- Create and execute a landing plan to translate a GTM strategic priority initiative into training and a narrative for managers, sellers and partners by leveraging existing channels.
- Impact and assess the impact of changes by persona and assess field readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders.
- Drive field engagement and adoption by applying standardized methodologies, leveraging always-on communication channels, and cultivating a global network of change advocates.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop to measure field adoption and drive ongoing improvements in how effectively we land change with managers, sellers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of experience in a business transformation, sales excellence, program management or GTM strategy and operations role, experience working in an operational role within a commercial sales organization or sales related tools/processes, experience copywriting and aligning messaging to user segment and channel.
- Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business or Operations, 8 years of experience in a sales excellence role at a global, matrixed enterprise sales organization, experience driving change landing for large transformational projects at a large enterprise organization, strong understanding of Google Cloud products, proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, strong executive communications and presentation skills.
Pay
US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
