Position Summary
As a GO Fellow, you will play a critical role in supporting students’ academic success by providing targeted, small-group instruction in Math. Fellows are embedded within school communities and contribute meaningfully to students’ daily learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Tutoring - Work with small groups of students to increase their achievement in Math and English Language Arts (ELA).
- Mentoring & Enrichment - Serve as mentors to their students, supporting their social and emotional development by building authentic and healthy relationships and setting goals for the future.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree or current enrollment in an accredited college or university program
- Served no more than three previous AmeriCorps service terms
- At least 18 years of age

AmeriCorps Living Allowance
The AmeriCorps Living Allowance and the number of pay cycles may vary depending on your assigned start date and location. Members who complete the Three-Quarter Time term (1,200 hours) receive a pre-tax living allowance of $24,000 for the full service year. The estimated pre-tax living allowance typically ranges from $1,100 to $1,200 in biweekly payments. Please note that the precise living allowance total and bi-weekly payment details will be clearly outlined in your offer letter and/or during the onboarding process.
