Responsibilities
- Support design and verification of guidance, navigation, and control algorithms
- Review flight software to enhance system robustness and performance
- Evaluate system behavior during all mission phases
- Develop operational concepts for GNC systems
- Monitor vehicle performance and make critical decisions
- Support anomaly resolution and contingency planning
- Define system requirements for GNC subsystems monitoring
Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years experience
- Strong foundation in orbital mechanics, control systems, and guidance algorithms
- Experience with flight software or embedded systems in real-time environments
- Prioritization of communication skills and collaboration across teams
- U.S. Citizenship required
