GMP Warehouse Technician - 2nd Shift
Contract position: 6 months with possible extension. W-2 only; no C2C or visa sponsorship. Anticipated start date: as soon as possible.
About the role
Support GMP-regulated warehouse operations at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Devens, MA. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, counting, weighing, storing, issuing, and transferring raw materials, packaging components, and operational supplies. Maintain SAP inventory transactions, handle material samples, support inventory cycle counts and shipping activities, operate warehouse equipment, and properly manage rejected materials and regulated hazardous waste. All work must comply with applicable security, environmental health and safety, and current GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, count, weigh, store, issue, and transfer raw materials, packaging components, and operational supplies
- Maintain SAP inventory transactions
- Handle material samples
- Support inventory cycle counts and shipping activities
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts)
- Properly handle rejected materials and regulated hazardous waste
- Comply with security, environmental health and safety, and current GMP requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for Motor Vehicle Record check
- Previous experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or similar regulated environment
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Devens, MA, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Ability to work with hazardous materials and regulated hazardous waste following established procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, some college coursework, or trade-school education
- Previous forklift operating experience (training may be provided)
Pay
Base hourly rate: $21.90, plus a 10% second-shift differential.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- 40 regular hours per week
- Average overtime estimate: 5 hours per week
