About the role
The Clinical Vector Core (CVC) is a division of the Raymond G. Perelman Center for Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics (CCMT) at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. CVC operations include manufacturing, quality control testing, and certification of viral vectors for use in pre-clinical and early-phase clinical studies. The position plays a vital role in assuring the highest achievable quality and consistency of products, adherence to standards, and compliance with cGMP regulations.
Responsibilities
- Staging materials for manufacturing
- Restocking gowning supplies
- Preparing labware for use
- Making sure materials and cleaning agents are stocked and replenished
- Performing tasks according to standard operating procedures or manufacturing records
- Carrying out material control SOPs
- Transferring and replenishing material between warehouse locations
- Initiating change requests, incident reports, and planned deviations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous related classroom or laboratory experience
- At least one (1) year of related experience in a cGMP/GLP (or other regulated) environment
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Solid time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Pay
SALARY RANGE: $19.15 - $23.95 Hourly
