GMP Lead - Various Days, Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and quality-driven GMP Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting a manufacturing facility; specialized training will be required. The successful candidate will possess high levels of energy, strong organizational skills, strong leadership skills, and pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Lead the team in daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed
• Take inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when supplies are depleted
• Adhere to proper security procedures
• Notify management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer
• Perform other cleaning-related duties as required
• Maintain proper GMP documentation, including good penmanship
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required
• Perform all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
• Other duties, as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a janitorial lead
• 2-3 years of previous manufacturing cleaning experience required
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills, such as hard floor and carpet maintenance, required
• Ability to speak, write, and read English is preferred and may be required by some customers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Various Days: Shift 1 7am-3pm | Shift 2 3pm-11pm | Shift 3 11pm-7am
