GMP Lead

About the role

The GMP Lead will oversee activities within the assigned areas of the GMP program, including company employees and temporary staff. This role involves adhering to, implementing, and demonstrating safe work practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of employees within the assigned program
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass-down, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations for improvement in assigned areas
• Maintain records of training, inspections, and data collection
• Ensure logbook compliance and accurate completion
• Complete tasks as required by site’s SOPs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of high-tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License to operate company or personal vehicles
• Forklift certification may be required

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The employee is frequently required to sit and talk or listen. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Pay

$20.00–$21.00 per hour

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Tuesday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
