GMP Cleaner Lead

We are looking for a reliable and experienced GMP Lead Cleaner to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating daily operations, delegating job assignments, and providing guidance and supervision at an assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed; report any barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, including open communication between field employees and management.
• Monitor and document client communications.
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building, including operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-order features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in assigned building.
• Ensure quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including working inside a cleanroom environment while wearing a white suit.
• Obtain any additional certifications or trainings needed by site type.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Janitorial experience: 2 to 3 years of commercial building cleaning experience and/or major commercial hotel experience.
• Previous Lead Experience: 1 to 2 years.
• Knowledge of utility tasks: carpet cleaning, high dusting, and some equipment knowledge.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 1-2 years of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.00. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

• Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs & Sat (Tues/Fri off).
• Schedule is subject to change.
• Must work on holidays.
