Responsibilities
- Creation of reports for accreditation documentation.
- Management of resident evaluations.
- Ensuring all mission critical program data is complete and accurate.
- Provide technical assistance to programs for New Innovations and SharePoint.
- Presenting data at conferences and meetings.
- Oversight of compliance reports for programs.
- Create monthly, biannual, and annual reports from NI innovations for ACGME compliance.
- Audit duty hour and evaluation completion for ACGME compliance.
- Pull data for Program Directors for the annual program evaluation from multiple sources.
- Provide and present statistical data needed at Clinical Competency Committees (CCC).
- Determine data needed and formulate appropriate reports for special projects.
- Manage the academic files for assigned programs in SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain an alumni database.
- Assist core program with special reviews, site visits, recruitment, and audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience with accreditation or database management or customer service in an education or medical institution; OR a combination of college coursework and related work experience to equal six (6) years.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Data analysis, research and problem-solving skills. Proficient knowledge of various computer software applications including web-based systems, databases, spreadsheet, and office management systems (Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to organize and multi-task. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to listen well and maintain confidentiality. Effective written and oral communication skills.
