About the role
This role is for the GM of Navigator, a product designed to address workforce shortages in licensed and credentialed industries.
Responsibilities
- Own Navigator's P&L and revenue performance
- Define and execute the overall growth strategy
- Drive customer acquisition, expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Translate customer and market insights into product investments, scalable delivery models, and operational improvements
- Build and own the Navigator org chart
- Develop leadership talent and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as the primary external representative for Navigator with customers, partners, policymakers, industry leaders, and workforce ecosystem stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience building and scaling high-growth businesses, products, or business units with accountability for strategy, revenue, and operating performance
- Significant P&L ownership with a track record of revenue growth, margin expansion, and enterprise value creation
- Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing senior executive stakeholders
- Strong operational acumen, including experience scaling technology-enabled products and services
- Experience in regulated industries, public sector markets, workforce development, or credentialing ecosystems preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%

Competitive total compensation package including a base salary of $281,300 - $354,200, variable compensation and stock options.
