Role Overview
This role is part of a team entrusted with protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience. The position focuses on ensuring exceptional performance and experiences when using vehicle-connected services. In a fast-paced and growing AI environment, this role fosters innovation, leverages data analytics, and values attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to continuously improve services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform metric review and impact analysis.
- Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methods to derive insights.
- Conduct extensive data analytics on big data and cloud platforms using big data methodologies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Handle bug and incident creation and tracking.
- Provide technical triage support.
- Conduct ad hoc investigations.
- Gather requirements for new features and improvements.
- Work with application subject matter experts and product teams to support digital customer experiences.
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate when appropriate.
Required Qualifications

- Aptitude for complex problems and the ability to recognize patterns.
- Ability to identify a problem, assess its impact, and advise stakeholders.
- Experience with API and semi-structured data handling.
- Familiarity with KPI design and metric definitions.
- Exposure to AI-assisted analytics.
Technical Skills
- Expert SQL skills across Postgres and Oracle systems.
- Unix shell scripting and Oracle SQL integration.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, including Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Databricks or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python.
