Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair GM vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform accurate, efficient diagnostics and high-quality repairs
• Utilize GM diagnostic equipment, factory procedures, and technical resources
• Complete repairs correctly the first time while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and management
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Continue developing your technical knowledge and certifications
• Take ownership of your work and help deliver an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• Current GM certifications and professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Pride in doing the job right the first time
• Ability to confidently approach complex repairs and challenging technical problems
• Understanding of the importance of honesty, accountability, and integrity
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment
• Recognizes that behind every repair order is a person trusting us with their vehicle
• Desire to build a long-term career with a dealership that values their contributions

Pay

Salary: $22-$45/hour depending on experience and certifications. Overtime available. Top-tier, competitive pay with investment in exceptional technicians compensated for experience and abilities.

Schedule

5-day work week with opportunity for overtime.
