Pay

• Competitive hourly pay + monthly performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories in a timely and professional manner
• Lookup, source, and sell GM and aftermarket parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems
• Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranty-related transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Participate in perpetual inventory counts and bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock levels
• Accurately record and track lost sales to help identify inventory opportunities and improve parts availability for customers
• Follow up on special-order parts and communicate order status updates to customers and service personnel
• Support the Service Department by providing prompt and accurate parts fulfillment for repair orders
• Help improve parts availability, inventory efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive communication
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled inventory storage areas and workspaces
• Follow dealership policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and professional work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Parts Department and overall dealership operations

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred
• Experience with GM Parts Workbench and GM EPC preferred
• GM Parts experience and/or GM Parts Certification preferred
• Experience with Auto/Mate dealership management software or similar systems is a plus
• Experience using electronic parts catalogs and dealership inventory systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, wholesale customers, and retail customers
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• ASE Parts Specialist Certification is a plus
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and clean, insurable driving record
