GM experts prioritize guest experience while completing tasks such as replenishment, pricing and signing, setting, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom, and executing inbound, outbound, and fulfillment responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests (10 ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave; 4 ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction).
- Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
