As a General Merchandise Expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. You'll also support pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work, and engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance as needed
• Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
• Operate power equipment (if certified) to move merchandise or store fixtures
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy
• Support guest services, including backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
• Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds, climb ladders, and remain mobile for entire shifts
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Experience with guest service fundamentals and retail business operations
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales floor maintenance
• Proficiency with technology equipment, including handheld scanners and communication devices

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour
