Pay

The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00–$27.00 USD per hour.

Teams in General Merchandise (GM) prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – replenishment, pricing and signing, setting, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom. The GM teams also execute inbound, outbound, and fulfillment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests (10 ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave; 4 ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction), helping guests find what they need and/or resolve issues, and ending every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing activities, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
