About the role

The Global Vice President of Customer Success is a key member of Dot Compliance’s leadership team, leading our Customer Success organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This person will shape and execute our global customer success strategy to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth across our eQMS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global customer success strategy
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive adoption of Dot Compliance’s eQMS platform among key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular customer engagement and gather feedback to inform product development and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer success initiatives and goals
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues to prevent churn
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Present progress and insights to senior leadership and the board

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and retention
  • Experience in implementing and managing customer success programs globally
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
