About the role

The Global Vice President of Customer Success is a key member of Dot Compliance’s leadership team, leading our Customer Success organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This person will shape and execute our global customer success strategy to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth across our eQMS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global customer success strategy
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Coaches
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct regular customer assessments and provide actionable insights to improve the platform
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
