Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of global accounting and entity management services.
• Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business expansion while developing teams and strengthening global service capabilities.
• Lead the global accounting services, tax support, and entity management organization, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple markets.
• Develop and execute global service strategies, including accounting solutions, tax services, entity incorporation, and ongoing entity management capabilities.
• Partner with sales and client success teams to ensure service offerings align with customer needs and support revenue growth objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships by improving service delivery, increasing client satisfaction, and creating referenceable customer experiences.
• Expand internal delivery capabilities across key countries while developing and managing strategic external partner networks.
• Establish and monitor operational performance standards, including service-level agreements, key performance indicators, customer satisfaction goals, and financial targets.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing accounting and professional services teams across global locations.
• Collaborate with leaders across related business functions to deliver integrated solutions for international customers.
• Drive organizational transformation, process improvements, and scalable ways of working to support continued growth.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in accounting, professional services, outsourcing, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing globally distributed teams and remote or hybrid workforces.
• Strong track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while preparing talent for expanded responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success delivering operational excellence, improving service quality, and managing performance against business objectives.
• Experience partnering with sales and account management teams to support growth initiatives and customer retention.
• Strong understanding of global accounting operations, entity management, tax services, or related business solutions.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and adapt processes to support organizational growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures, functions, and geographic regions.
