Job Responsibilities
- Help Shape the Success of Global Clinical Trials
- Support program feasibility, recruitment and retention strategy, and in-life trial optimization across global clinical studies within General Medicine, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and Vaccine programs.
- Transform trial goals, country insights, enrollment analytics, and feasibility data into actionable strategies that drive study performance.
- Work closely with clinical trial teams, country stakeholders, vendors, legal partners, and analytics teams to identify enrollment opportunities, mitigate risks, and support effective patient and site engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to support decision-making.
- Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Able to collaborate effectively with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups, and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
- Able to manage multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting clinical trials within General Medicine, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, or Vaccine therapeutic areas.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Site Coordinator, Clinical Trial Associate, or similar site-based research role.
- Experience with patient recruitment and retention vendors and enrollment support campaigns.
- Familiarity with patient engagement strategies and patient-centered trial approaches.
- Experience developing patient-facing or site-facing recruitment materials.
- Knowledge of enrollment forecasting, country validation processes, risk assessments, feasibility methodologies, or trial allocation strategies.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing enrollment performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
