Global Trade Program Manager - C-TPAT
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Full-timeJob Type (exemption status): Exempt position - Please see related compensation & benefits details below". That's metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe under a generic "Details" but we don't have a heading for that. The instructions say we can use headings only from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: could be Company Description + Job Description overview? Probably "About the role" corresponds to a brief description of the role. The posting includes "Job Description" with many bullet-like paragraphs. We could treat that as Responsibilities. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting includes many paragraphs under sections: Program Management & Execution, Compliance & Risk Management, Strategy & Continuous Improvement, Training, Awareness & Culture, Cross-Functional & External Collaboration, Documentation & Reporting. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: Qualifications section includes Education, Certifications, Experience, Core Program Management Skills, Domain Expertise, Technical & Interpersonal Skills. That's qualifications/requirements. - Skills: maybe separate but we could combine with Requirements? But we need to decide. The instructions: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. But we cannot repeat similar content. Let's map: About the role: Company Description + brief overview of role (maybe first paragraph of Job Description). Could combine. Responsibilities: all the duty paragraphs. Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Could include both if content exists. The posting includes Qualifications (education, certifications, experience) and also Core Program Management Skills, Domain Expertise, Technical & Interpersonal Skills (these are skills). So we could have Qualifications heading for education/experience/certifications, and Skills heading for the skill sets. Benefits: The posting includes Compensation & Benefits Details with description of benefits. So we can have Benefits heading. Pay: Salary range given. So we can have Pay heading with salary range. Schedule: Not mentioned (full-time). Could we infer schedule? Not given specific schedule; we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It says Full-time but no schedule details. So we should not create Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have salary range specific. We must not include boilerplate like "Notice To Candidates" etc. Remove that. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the details from Compensation & Benefits Details about benefits, bonus eligibility, LTI, etc. Also the note about pay position within salary range based on factors. Also the note about non-exempt overtime etc. Also the note about WD never requesting payment. That's maybe boilerplate? It's a notice to candidates about scam warning. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the "Notice To Candidates: Please be aware that WD and its subsidiaries will never request payment..." etc. Also the "Privacy No" etc. So we remove that. Also remove "I'm interested I'm interested" etc. Also remove "Full-timeJob Type (exemption status): Exempt position - Please see related compensation & benefits details below". We can incorporate the exemption status maybe into Pay or a short paragraph but not as heading. Could embed in a
under Pay or About the role. Since it's not a heading, we can include it as a paragraph. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
