Global Trade Analyst

Our client, a leading medical device and healthcare manufacturing organization, is seeking a Global Trade Analyst to join their team. As a Global Trade Analyst, you will be part of the Global Trade Compliance department supporting cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Global Trade Analyst Location: San Diego, CA Pay Range: $36.54 - $41.35/hr Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM What’s the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for Certificate of Origin and supplier solicitation requests between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. Troubleshoot issues related to Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certifications and resolve documentation discrepancies. Coordinate data collection and supporting documentation required for FTA qualification analyses. Track and monitor Certificate of Origin requests to ensure timely completion and compliance. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support standardized FTA certification processes. What’s Needed? 1-3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support. Knowledge of Certificates of Origin, supplier solicitations, country-of-origin requirements, and the USMCA qualification process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. What’s in it for me?
