About the role

Blackstone is seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute investment strategies aligned with Blackstone’s global investment objectives.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, analyzing financial statements and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio companies, partners, and investors.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Blackstone-managed investments, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify new investment opportunities and enhance existing ones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about investing and asset management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with financial modeling tools such as Excel and Bloomberg.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay

Expected annual base salary range: $125,000 - $185,000. Actual base salary will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
