Responsibilities
- Manage and execute investment strategies aligned with Blackstone’s global investment objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, analyzing financial statements and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio companies, partners, and investors.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Blackstone-managed investments, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify new investment opportunities and enhance existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Passionate about investing and asset management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with financial modeling tools such as Excel and Bloomberg.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay
Expected annual base salary range: $125,000 - $185,000. Actual base salary will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
