Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.
What You'll Do
Developing and executing global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
Leading risk management efforts to mitigate disruptions (geopolitical, tariff, capacity, single-source supplier risk)
Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs/product launches
Monitoring and improving KPIs - on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, supplier quality
Building and managing supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
Traveling up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Base salary: $160,000 annually
