Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines
- Manage clinical study protocols and ensure adherence to ethical standards
- Develop and implement data management plans to support clinical trial operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
- Experience in clinical research or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (EDC)
- Understanding of statistical analysis methods
- Compliance with FDA and ICH regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
