We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must not include application instructions. Must not include cookie/navigation etc. Must not include duplicated lines. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Pay is given: U.S. Pay Range $144,500 - $195,500 USD. Benefits described: comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, lifestyle reimbursement program, flexible spending and health savings accounts, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness days, holidays, two company-wide recharge breaks, generous family resources and leave. So Benefits section is present. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading. Also maybe "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph. The description includes "The Global Study Lead (Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations) is responsible for leading..." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll extract bullet points from "Key Responsibilities" section. They are sentences each starting with a verb. We'll put each as
  • . Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills: The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet-like sentences. Also there is "Ability to travel approximately 10%..." maybe part of Qualifications. Also there is "Proficient with MS Office Suite..." etc. Those could be Skills. We need to decide sections: Qualifications (education, experience), Skills (technical, soft skills). The posting includes both. We'll separate. Qualifications: BS/BA required; Minimum 7+ years clinical research experience with CRO/Biotech/Pharma working on Phase 1-4 global trials; 3-5 years leading end to end global clinical trials with experience in conducting Phase 3 registrational trials; Experience leading global trials outsourced to a CRO and ability to manage all aspects of execution of a clinical trial. Skills: Excellent decision-making, analytical and financial management skills; Excellent leadership skills, proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness and ability to operate and execute with limited supervision; Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations and achieving results through influence; Experience mentoring/coaching others; Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities, also strong reasoning and problem-solving ability; Strong project planning/management, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and MS Project; Ability to travel approximately 10% but flexibility to go over or below as per business need. We could also include "Ability to travel..." as a skill or maybe under Qualifications? It's more a requirement. We'll put under Skills. Benefits: list as
    • items. Pay:

. We must not include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, Candidate Privacy Notice, etc. Also remove "About Alnylam" description? That's substantive about company; maybe we could include as "About the company" but not a required heading. The instructions only list specific headings; we can add other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. The "About Alnylam" could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be separate but we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. However the instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company description into About the role. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit company description. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a paragraph under About the role that includes both role description and company overview. That's fine. Thus About the role paragraph will contain: The Global Study Lead (Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations) is responsible for leading the operational planning and execution of global clinical trials from study start-up through closeout. This role provides leadership to cross-functional trial teams, ensuring trial objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and company procedures. The Sr. Manager identifies and mitigates operational risks, drives alignment across stakeholders, and delivers high-quality trial execution in support of development program goals. This is a hybrid role preferably based in Cambridge, MA or Philadelphia, PA. However, for exceptional candidates, remote working arrangements may also be considered. Then add company description: Alnylam is the leader in RNAi therapeutics ... etc. Ensure we keep all details. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. Structure:

      Pay

      U.S. Pay Range $144,500 - $195,500 USD

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, E-Verify, Candidate Privacy Notice, etc. Check for any invented content: none. Check for preserving all substantive info: we included role description, location/hybrid, company description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. We omitted "Ability to travel..." duplicate? We included it in Responsibilities as last bullet and also maybe in Skills? We included only in Responsibilities. The original had "Ability to travel approximately 10% but flexibility to go over or below as per business need)." It was at end of Responsibilities. We placed it there. Good. We omitted "This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity)." That's substantive about compensation beyond base pay. Should we include? It's part of compensation. The instructions: include Pay section only when posting actually states them. It does state short-term and long-term incentive awards. Should we include that in Pay section or maybe Benefits? It's compensation. Could add to Pay paragraph: "U.S. Pay Range $144,500 - $195,500 USD. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity)." That preserves info. Also we omitted "Alnylam’s robust Total Rewards package is designed to support your overall health and well-being." That's part of Benefits description; we could incorporate into Benefits paragraph or as a bullet. We'll add a bullet: "Alnylam’s robust Total Rewards package designed to support overall health and well-being." Or incorporate into first bullet. We should also include "Learn more about these and additional benefits offered by Alnylam by visiting the Benefits section of the Careers website: https://www.alnylam.com/careers" - that's a link; it's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a reference to benefits page. Might be considered extra but it's substantive. However instructions: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those; it's a link to benefits page. Could keep. But we might consider it as navigation? It's a link to more info. Might be okay to keep. However we might drop as it's not essential to the job posting; but we must preserve ALL substantive information
