About the Company

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

About the Role

As Global Sourcing & Recovery Specialist, you'll own the supply side of our charter business: sourcing wholesale aircraft capacity from third-party operators around the world and building out BOND's global operator network. You'll sit at the intersection of aircraft market knowledge and commercial negotiation, matching trip requests to available lift while protecting our margin, safety standards, and reputation. You'll thrive here if you already have an established network of international operator relationships, understand the realities of cross-border flight operations, and have the judgment to move fast on time-sensitive sourcing requests without ever cutting corners on safety.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a global network of vetted third-party operators to ensure consistent access to wholesale charter capacity.
  • Prioritize deep, direct relationships with international operators across EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and the Middle East.
  • Negotiate wholesale rates, block-hour agreements, and preferred-operator terms to secure competitive pricing on brokered trips.
  • Source aircraft in real time for incoming trip requests, matching mission requirements to available third-party lift.
  • Coordinate with Account Management, the OCC, and operators to confirm availability and lock in terms ahead of member-facing commitments.
  • Conduct safety and quality vetting of prospective operators in line with BOND's safety standards (e.g., ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO).
  • Track and report on sourcing KPIs, including fill rate, margin per brokered trip, and operator response time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in aircraft charter brokerage, wholesale aviation sourcing, or aircraft sales, with a demonstrated understanding of aircraft types, performance, and market pricing across international markets.
  • Existing relationships with a broad network of international operators (Part 135 and international equivalents such as EASA/UK CAA-regulated carriers) strongly preferred, particularly outside the U.S.
  • Track record of negotiating wholesale rates or block-hour terms with aircraft operators.
  • Deep understanding of international flight operations, including customs and immigration requirements, permits and overflight clearances, and regional regulatory differences.
  • Familiarity with charter safety vetting standards (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO).
  • High system proficiency with charter sourcing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or a related field is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles
