About the role
Leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of assigned client onboarding and service initiatives, including both business and technology-related projects. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully, delivered on time, and aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle and ongoing servicing relationship, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Coordinates cross-functional resources, manages project risks and dependencies, facilitates user training and adoption, and evaluates project outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Provides leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and strong overall team performance while supporting long-term client satisfaction and relationship growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of International Treasury Management solutions, including Swift connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services delivering a seamless, efficient, and client-focused experience from kickoff through successful completion.
- Act as the primary client contact for ongoing servicing of Canadian Treasury Management customers, delivering proactive support, guidance, issue resolution, and a seamless client experience.
- Utilize strong project management practices to coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project timelines, proactively manage risks, and ensure all stakeholder questions and requirements are addressed promptly.
- Proactively identify potential challenges, service gaps, and implementation risks; develop and execute solutions that enhance client satisfaction, minimize disruption, and support long-term relationship growth.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of treasury management products, implementation processes, and assigned service areas through ongoing client engagement, comprehensive documentation, and consistent adherence to departmental procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities

- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area including Swift connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
