Global Services Solutions Expert
About the Role
As the Global Services Sales Expert, you’ll be the credible, informed voice for Global Services inside our highest-stakes sales conversations — while personally building the system that transforms how we handle technical RFPs. You’ll start hands-on, drafting technical RFP content yourself, and mature that into an automated, human-in-the-loop process you own. You’ll also be the connective tissue between Sales and our partner ecosystem, making sure prospects get a credible picture of what our partners bring to the table. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Services and is based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Join Enterprise and Strategic prospect conversations to set realistic expectations on delivery, implementation timelines, resourcing, and success factors — extending into select mid-market deals as capacity allows.
- Address services-related questions and objections directly, alongside the commercial team.
- Keep what’s promised pre-sale consistent with what Global Services delivers post-signature.
- Assist in drafting technical portions of RFPs during ramp-up: security and compliance questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), product and architecture Q&A, and implementation and support detail.
- Partner with AI Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Product Operations, and Quality & Training to build an automated RFP response process with human review — targeting 90% of response content automated within 6 months of start.
- Transition from hands-on drafting to owning and maintaining that system as it matures, handling edge cases and quality oversight directly.
- Build enough fluency in our partner ecosystem to credibly represent partner capabilities to prospects.
- Maintain partner-capability content and enablement materials for the sales and services teams.
- Flag deals to the partnerships org early when their involvement will be needed.
Qualifications
- Services delivery fluency: deep implementation or project delivery experience, with the credibility to speak about services execution from the inside.
- Commercial presence: comfortable setting expectations and representing organizational capability to external, prospect-facing audiences.
- Proposal writing experience: confident drafting complex RFPs, working directly with product and post-sales teams to get it done.
- Roughly 5–7 years of relevant experience, combining implementation or services delivery with customer-facing or pre-sales work.
- Comfortable moving between hands-on execution and building the process that replaces it — you want to build a system, not just staff one.
- Time in or alongside a Growth or Revenue org in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
- Medical, Dental & Vision: Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente, HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection), Dental plans via MetLife, Vision plans via Vision Care.
- Family Support: Generous parental leave, Free access to Maven Clinic, Dependent Care FSA.
- Additional Perks: Pre-tax commuter benefits, Life Insurance + STD/LTD, 401(K) with generous company match, Unlimited PTO, Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more.

Compensation Range: $204K - $240K
