Responsibilities
- Installs, supports and/or maintains LANs and/or WANs
- Evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgrades
- Performs technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools
- Investigates and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within own and related areas
- Advanced specialized expertise within an analytical or technical area to perform the most complex work
- Tact and diplomacy to communicate ideas in a concise and logical way
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Nine (9) Years of information technology experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Familiarity with the United States Navy
- Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE
Physical Requirements
- 10% travel anticipated
- Work will require movement from ManTech Site to Government for client meetings and support functions
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations
Clearance Requirements
Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS.
