For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Global Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Design Analyst. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Design and model global sales incentive compensation structures aligned with business strategy
  • Translate business strategies and changes into effective incentive designs
  • Build scenario models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate design impacts
  • Lead incentive plan reviews and analyze performance trends and target outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into compensation options
  • Govern the Global Incentive Pay Program and manage related policies
  • Evaluate plan effectiveness through data-driven measures and industry benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics or similar; Master's preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in incentive compensation or related analytical roles
  • Hands-on experience with sales incentive compensation in complex global environments
  • Diverse industry experience, particularly in transformation and modernization
  • Expertise in translating business needs into compensation design
  • Advanced knowledge of incentive compensation principles and governance
  • Strong data modeling and analysis skills, particularly in compensation metrics
  • Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency for data analysis and visualization

Pay

$114,080 – $178,250 annually
