About the role

The role involves developing and implementing innovative agricultural solutions to enhance crop yields and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer needs.
• Develop and manage product development projects from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Oversee the testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural product development or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
