About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer needs.
- Develop and manage product development projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Oversee the testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural product development or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
