You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities
- Establish strategy and direction for pharmacovigilance activities
- Lead Safety Analysis Team (SAT) and Global Safety Team (GST)
- Prepare and review safety sections for regulatory filings
- Validate safety signals and coordinate safety signal assessments
- Collaborate as a safety expert within cross-functional teams
- Develop Core Safety Information and risk management plans
- Ensure inspection readiness and manage travel for the role
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited medical or surgical residency or relevant clinical experience
- Expertise in Hematology Oncology therapeutic area
- Experience with product safety in the biopharmaceutical industry or regulatory agency
- Leadership experience driving safety profiles in cross-functional teams
