The Global Risk Development Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed to introduce interns to Bank of America and the Global Risk Management (GRM) group. GRM is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to its Responsible Growth strategy through robust risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates are required to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated degree program from an accredited college or university.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• Common areas of study include Risk Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Public Policy, Economics, Compliance, Business Administration, Political Science/Legal, Mathematics, Data Science, and other related fields.
• Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
• Strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office are required, along with proficiency in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism.
