Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services

For our client, we are seeking a Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead the planning and execution of remote clinical trial visits across global study programs. You will coordinate study-specific implementation, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure activities align with local regulatory requirements. The position also involves serving as a primary point of contact for project and client questions while supporting team development and process improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee implementation and execution of home visits for clinical trials Develop study-specific plans and training materials Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications for project involvement Mentor and support junior team members Ensure compliance with local regulations for remote study activities Act as primary contact for client and project team inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification 5+ years of experience in clinical trials management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Benefits Standard Monday to Friday work schedule Office-based work environment Opportunities for ongoing training and recertifications Participation in process improvement initiatives Occasional domestic and international travel opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
