Global Professional Services Partner Leader, Professional Services

For our client, we are seeking a Global Professional Services Partner Leader, Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the strategy and execution of a global partner enablement program that supports professional services delivery. The leader will work closely with internal stakeholders to align enablement efforts with business priorities, strengthen compliance, and improve partner performance across the lifecycle. This position requires executive presence, cross-functional influence, and the ability to scale partner programs in a complex global environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,500 – $217,800 annually Responsibilities Build and manage the Professional Services partner enablement program Drive and enforce program compliance to meet service delivery standards Collaborate with key internal leaders to align enablement goals with business objectives Develop specialized partner tracks with various enablement teams Oversee the entire lifecycle of the partner enablement program from recruitment to performance monitoring Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in Professional Services partner program development Significant executive-level interaction experience to influence stakeholders Success in managing partner enablement systems for Global Professional Services Extensive experience with cross-functional collaboration in global environments Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of program lifecycles and compliance frameworks Benefits Bonus potential Equity opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
