About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Product Manager - Digital Pathology Image Management based in the United States. This is a global product leadership opportunity focused on accelerating the growth of digital pathology through innovative image management software and AI solutions. You will shape global product strategy while supporting the development, commercialization, and expansion of a strategic clinical technology portfolio. The role combines product management, product marketing, commercial strategy, and strategic partnership development in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to understand market needs and translate them into growth opportunities. You will also lead product launches, training initiatives, trade shows, and marketing programs that strengthen adoption and generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical software or product management, with substantial experience in product management or product marketing for clinical software.
  • Demonstrated success developing and leading marketing programs and aligning cross-functional organizations around strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market development, commercial strategy, and customer needs within healthcare or clinical technology.
  • Experience working in a global organization is highly preferred, including the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
  • Sales experience within the life sciences or clinical software industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and translate them into growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to operate independently while collaborating effectively across sales, marketing, product, technical, and customer-facing teams.
  • A growth mindset, high energy, continuous-learning orientation, and commitment to inclusive collaboration are essential for success.
  • Willingness and ability to support global activities such as product launches, training, trade shows, and regional business reviews.
