Position Overview
GTI is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Transactional Purchasing Support
- Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements
- Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately
- Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments
- Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams
- Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues
- Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records
- Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience
- Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferred

Pay
$26.50 - $31 an hour
