Responsibilities
- Global procurement program ownership: Define and manage the global procurement program roadmap, including objectives, scope, governance, standards, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving sustainable cost impact: Deliver meaningful, recurring EBITDA improvements by defining and activating the program’s key value-creation levers, partnering with third parties – including procurement consultancies – to scale impact across the portfolio, and guiding companies in building the governance, capabilities, and maturity required for long-term, high-performing procurement
- Managing third-party relationships: Maintain productive, scalable partnerships with procurement consultancies and procurement service providers to ensure the program can grow with PG’s portfolio.
- Influencing senior stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with PG’s investment teams and portfolio company senior management to drive program adoption and ensure sustained results.
- PG procurement: In partnership with third parties, manage delivery of key strategic initiatives to improve how PG spends in key categories, from sourcing through delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of procurement and program/project management experience, preferably including exposure to Private Equity or Private Markets. Proven track record delivering many simultaneous multimillion-dollar initiatives.
- Strong capability in managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk. We also expect a strategic thinker who can mature and scale the global program.
- Executive presence & stakeholder management: Able to influence stakeholders across all levels—from CEOs and Boards to functional leaders and consultants.
- Results orientation: Demonstrated ability to implement change and deliver quantifiable impact.
- Leadership capabilities: A charismatic, entrepreneurial leader with strong business acumen, high integrity, low ego, and willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to drive outcomes.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities, operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced private markets environment, and work across regions, time zones, and functions to support shifting portfolio needs

Pay
Base pay range for this role is $190,000 - $275,000 and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
