About the Opportunity

The Global People Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and senior management, primarily in the United States, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. The role supports organizational effectiveness by managing workforce planning, talent management, and compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. This position also handles union labor relations and contributes to maintaining positive employee relations and organizational culture in a remote and multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and people-related matters.
• Translate global business priorities into localized HR strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of US employment law and labor regulations; ensure compliance across US states and other jurisdictions.
• Manage labor relations with the union, including negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Implement performance management processes and support employee relations.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture.
• Identify learning and development needs and support workforce development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Extensive HR experience in senior or HR business partner roles, particularly in the US.
• Knowledge of labor relations and employment law across multiple countries.
• Experience with HR systems, analytics, and multinational organizations.

Pay

• Base salary range of $130,000–$142,000 USD.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
