Global Payroll Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will oversee global payroll operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and strong employee support across multiple geographies. You will partner closely with PeopleOps, Benefits, and finance stakeholders to ensure payroll processes are aligned across the employee lifecycle. The position also leads payroll systems ownership, including integrations, migrations, and ongoing controls that support reliable pay delivery and clean accounting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee payroll operations across the US, India, and UK to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage an offshore payroll team, providing coaching and performance oversight Act as the primary owner of payroll systems, managing integrations with HRIS and other platforms Lead payroll system migrations and upgrades, including Workday Payroll Work closely with PeopleOps and Benefits teams for accurate employee lifecycle management Handle payroll accounting duties, including reconciliation and journal entries Support audit requests and maintain strong internal controls Qualifications 5-7 years of payroll operations management experience in the US, India, and UK Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo Experience managing offshore payroll teams Solid understanding of payroll accounting and compliance audits Hands-on experience with payroll system implementations, particularly Workday Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Benefits Flexible work hours and remote work opportunities Professional development and training Comprehensive health and wellness programs Robust benefits package including retirement plans Collaborative and inclusive company culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
